SER Report 審核報(bào)告
THD SER team reviews and approves audit report;
家得寶SER團(tuán)隊(duì)批準(zhǔn)審核服務(wù)商提供的審核報(bào)告；
Service Provider sends CAPA plan format to supplier/factory;
審核服務(wù)商將指定的糾正預(yù)防計(jì)劃版式發(fā)給供應(yīng)商/工廠，通知提交糾正預(yù)防計(jì)劃；
SER Audit Schedule 審核安排
Service provider schedules and conducts SER audit within 14 days since receives audit task assignedby THD SER team；
審核服務(wù)商接到家得寶SER團(tuán)隊(duì)委派的審核任務(wù)后，在14天內(nèi)安排并執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場審核；
CAPA Plan 糾正預(yù)防計(jì)劃
Supplier/factory should submit CAPA plan to Service Provider within 7 days after receiving notification from SP;
供應(yīng)商/工廠需要在審核服務(wù)商通知后的7天內(nèi)提交糾正預(yù)防行動(dòng)計(jì)劃；
After CAPA plan approval, THD SER team update FLEX system and the factory on boardsuccessfully;
家得寶SER團(tuán)隊(duì)批準(zhǔn)糾正預(yù)防計(jì)劃后，將在FLEX系統(tǒng)里打開SER授權(quán)；
糾正預(yù)防證據(jù)提交與現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證
Supplier/factory submits CAPA evidences to Service Provider before on-site verification audit. SP will conduct on-site CAPA verification audit on 30 day/90 day since the CAPA plan approval date based on risk level of deficiencies;
供應(yīng)商/工廠在現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證審核前向?qū)徍朔?wù)商提交整改證據(jù)，審核服務(wù)商根據(jù)不符合項(xiàng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)級(jí)別在糾正計(jì)劃批準(zhǔn)后的30天/90天進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證審核；
糾正預(yù)防關(guān)閉 與復(fù)審日期計(jì)算
Service Provider uploads CAPA evidence and on-site verification report onto SER system for THD SER team to review. CAPA will be closed and reaudit date will be automatically calculated accordingly if all deficiencies are closed .
審核服務(wù)商將提交的整改證據(jù)和現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證審核報(bào)告上傳到家得寶SER系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)家得寶SER團(tuán)隊(duì)批準(zhǔn)后，糾正預(yù)防措施將會(huì)關(guān)閉，同時(shí)復(fù)審日期將會(huì)自動(dòng)計(jì)算；
